  • Executive Interviews
Fact Finders employs strictly delineated procedures for recruiting and then interviewing professional individuals.

Recruitment Script. An initial telephone contact is made inviting professional individuals to participate in the research. The script used for this first telephone call communicates the objective of the research and the specifics of the research protocol (such as confidentiality for participants). This call asks the professional to set up an appointment to conduct the interview at a time convenient for them. Additionally, for telephone projects, Fact Finders maintains a toll-free telephone number that is available so that individuals can call in to complete an interview when they desire.

Questionnaire. The structure of the questionnaire is determined by the information objectives of the research project. For representative, quantitative information Fact Finders interviewers use a structured questionnaire that allows little deviation from the script. For qualitative, probing types of questions, Fact Finders employs a discussion guide that directs the skilled interviewers.

Conducting the Interviews by Telephone. Permanent staff interviewers place a call to the respondent at the appointed time or, when the professional chooses to call in on the toll-free telephone number, at the time of that call.

Conducting the Interviews in Person. For face-to-face interviews, Fact Finders generally goes to the work or office location of the respondent.

Reporting. Analysis, reporting, and consultative functions are performed entirely by Fact Finders.
