Finders
Founded in
1980, Fact Finders is a nationally recognized market research firm located
in the Capital Region of New York State. We conduct quantitative and
qualitative research for a wide range of private, public, and academic
sector clients. Fact Finders has broad expertise in research design,
project management, database administration, sample design and
maintenance, data collection, research analysis and reporting. A
distinguishing feature of our research is the customization that ensures
that every project addresses the specific needs of our client and that all
tools and documents are precise in their facts and references.
Because of our determination to pay rigorous attention to every
component of the research process, Fact Finders conducts all phases of
each research project in-house. The data collection modes employed in our
quantitative studies include telephone interviews, self-administered
(mail, fax and Internet) surveys, and personal interviews. We employ
multi-mode, multi-stage techniques for complicated studies. Fact Finders
maintains, in addition to our professional staff, a permanent staff of
skilled interviewers who use our Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing
(CATI) system to complete interviews for our research. Our qualitative
research projects are also conducted in their entirety by Fact Finders'
staff, from design of the research and recruitment of participants to
moderation of focus group sessions, analysis and reporting of the results.
Fact Finders provides a full spectrum of analytic capabilities, including
descriptive evaluations, multivariate analysis, and statistical modeling.
